deepest apologies, a redundant offering by ml.. we have had trouble with merch in this way: when i went down for a 5 day nap, we were right in the middle of fulfilling pledge orders. that system changed and we lost all files of which orders were fulfilled, which is why some people got 3 orders and some got zero.

next was the lila tour. we sold out of merch and bobabooey made an excel file of what we needed to fill.. that was at the request of our merch co. who was then going to fulfill the orders for us.

that didn’t happen..

then we had things out of stock and when we reordered the shipment was stopped at customs.

so..that brings us to today…

i have personally been filling every order that comes in, however, these are complete w items from pledge, lila tour, merch and lila book, and those missing items come from all these different periods of which i have to then order the stock and wait for it before i can fill.

we are so sorry and we will not stop until everyone has their orders.. i can think off the top of my head, holly needs hers, dan k needs his.. and i am shipping items every day.

i wanna provide a contact to assemble a file of who needs what. madina residents jinx and rosheene have generously donated their energy to assist us in insuring your parcels safe voyage into your hands..

please email jinxvstheworld@gmail.com with any issues you have regarding past orders that have not been received so we can organize a comprehensive list all at once. they will send the file to the attic and i will tend to each one.. and visit danisha at the all-night post office here, save the tracking numbers, and give them to the lovely creepers to pass along to you.

i ask for your continued faith in us that this is the number one priority for us and we will absolutely get everyone everything they need and more.
