a day of celebration in our community. the medical situation that pulled us off the road has taken a huge turn for the good.
without getting too personal, mateo was being tested for a condition that, having been positive, would have been fatal. it took four rounds of tests to rule this out. after the first three, it was not looking good. the fourth one was the last chance to eliminate this as what he had…and
we just got word….HE’S GOOD!!!!!!!!

we were terrified for a long time, especially when we got
the 3rd result, while on tour. that dark passenger, has turned to euphoria and we will be reuniting in a week.

the music that these times has spawned is the most real, magical,
intense that we’ve ever created. this is the part where my impatience
problems tempt me to just get it out to you guys now.
i’ll ask my shrink and see if she says i can.

anyhow, we will be filming our first rehearsal, with mateo back, in
the “attic” on june 4th and posting it on www.pledgemusic.com which
will feature a new song or two.
